I'm not gonna give you a morality lecture on software piracy, but I am gonna say that EES is kind of a niche thing that's not realy in high demand as far as cracked software goes, so a pirated version might not even exist. Additionally, there's not much 'learning' to do for EES; the bulk of it is just plugging in a shitton of equations and having it spit out answers. The other features - charts, etc - are very straightforward so the statement 'I am very good at using EES' doesn't carry a huge amount of weight. Your school might have a license that they're able to distribute to students, or they may have it on their computers, but unless you have a pressing need for it I don't think it's worth the effort of going out of your way to get it, legally or otherwise.
